Panko Crusted Tilapia w/ fresh Cilantro

I love Yummy food! Dinner Time and its Fish Tacos, Yum. I dipped tilapia in flour then egg then coated it with panco crumbs seasoned with some southwesten seasoning. Fried it on my cast iron skillet with a lil EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) It came out looking Mmmmmm mmmmmm good!

Fried up some white corn shells. Made my famous homemade Pico De Gallo. Grabbed some shredded cabbage and a can of Black beans and walla, we were ready to chow down. Fish tacos taste so fresh and yummy! Great for those summer months. My kids love em and the hubby too!
